Amish Boys with Horse and Buggy, Lancaster County, PA Note card

Germans settled this charming county just west of Philadelphia in the 17th century.  It is home to many Amish who maintain a simple, old world lifestyle with farms without electricity.  They are noted for their woodworking.  This road is typical of the many back roads and lanes popular with visitors from Philadelphia.

The original oil on canvas is scanned by the Athenæum of Philadelphia on a sophisticated high-resolution digital scanner with a raking light to capture surface details.  Printed on high quality stock, the front and back are glossy and the inside is matte, which enables smear-free, easy writing.  These vibrant note cards are blank inside and available individually or boxed in sets of 10.  All cards are 4¼” x 5¾”.
